Everyone dance :- The TV series Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai begins with Dadi (Swati Chitnis) asking who troubled Kartik (Mohsin Khan). They say the Singhanias. His Chachi says it was Naira (Shivangi Joshi) who saved him. Manish (Sachin Tyagi) asked Chachi to stay away and mute from this matter. Kartik’s mother asked Kartik’s father that we should not forget that Naira and Kartil love each other. Manish disagrees but Swarna says that he still loves Naira but Manish says no, he has to forget her.
Gayu (Kanchi Singh) and Naira (Shivangi Joshi) talk about Mishti’s birthday. Naira says mom wanted to celebrate her birthday and he said that the house is full decorated. He remembers his mother and cries. Naira tells everyone to celebrate Mishti’s birthday. Karishma (Priyanka Udhwani) says this is not the right time. Naitik (Vishal Singh) says Akshara (Hina Khan) wanted happiness for the family and we should celebrate her birthday here in the Singhania house by seeing her picture.
Kartik checks out Naira’s snaps in his laptop and gets emotional. Yeh Rishta Kya plays. And Dadi put Tilak on Kartik’s forehead. Luv and Kush ask Dadi why is she praying and she says it is for his return. Naitik and Vishwambhar reach Goenka house but the guard asks if they have an appointment. Naitik says no.
In the Goenka house, Kartik asked Dadi to prepare Muttor Kachori at the breakfast and Dadi thinks that how much now Kartik became attached the Singhania house. Kartik comes there and tells them not to say sorry and Naitik also seeks apology from Manish as he doubted Kartik.
The Singhania family asked Kartik to come for the Mishti’s birthday party but Dadi denies that Kartik will not come in the Singhania house. But Kartik went in the Maheshwari house to have Kachori. Rajshri gives him Kachori.
Kartik takes Luv and Kush to the market to buy gifts for them. Kartik scolds Naira for dragging the kids in the family matter as she was seen discussing family affairs with kids. But on the right time, Luv and Kush asked that Naira saved us and we are sorry. Naira says Kartik say something. He says I am fed up proving myself to you time and again and Naira goes hurt.
