Farah Khan is panel judge member of the show Indian Idol 9 alongside Sonu Nigam and Anu Malik, got impressed by the performance of one of the contestants – LV Revanth. And tonight she will be also seen comparing him with the popular singer Arijit Singh.
“I am speechless after receiving such praise from Farah Khan. Arijit Singh is one of the most talented singers of this country, his songs are iconic and to be compared to a singer like him is a compliment that I am very happy to receive,” Revanth said to media and he is very happy to receive such a compliment from Farah Khan.
“I hope that the passion and work that I bring to the show continues to be appreciated like this and I am able to make my dream of making a place for myself in Bollywood playback singing and winning ‘Indian Idol 9′ title come true,” he added further.
Tonight LV Revanth will be also displaying his funny side as till now he kept it under wrapped. Not only is Revanth a great singer he is blessed with a good sense of humour too that he is going to display tonight at the Indian Idol set.
His friends and fellow contestants have seen this side of him and tonight they will see it when Revanth mimicked his fellow contestants on DJ Akbar Sami’ style of singing and speaking in the Retro Special episode of the singing show.
A source from the set speak about the news, “LV Revanth not only got their singing styles and voice tone perfect but also their hand movements and stage behaviour. It was a great fun moment and everybody was in splits, as Revanth entertained everybody with his mimicry”.
