Naira was actually tried to stop the goon when they were tried to do something wrong at the Goradiya house and meanwhile she has been attacked by the goons.

The episode of the TV series Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hain further display that the Goradiya family are shocked to see that Naira is lying down on the ground as the goons make her injured after hitting her with the rod on head and Naira also go faint post this incident.
Naira tries to hold the goons but failed to do so as she was in her dizzy condition but she managed to call Swarna and she gets unconscious after narrating her the incident that some goons have been attacked on her. So it is crystal clear that some goons have been visited the Goradiya house to do something against the family but on the nick of time Naira just stop them and save the family.
On the other hand, Manish and Swarna reach Kartik’s flat and shocked to see that Naira is faint so they took Naira to the hospital. Now Karthik comeback at his home and shocked to see Akhilesh there, he asked Akhilesh what’s the matter and Akhilesh asked to him that Naira is in the hospital.
Karthik is now shattered and became anxious to run towards hospital to know about Naira. Karthik sigh to see his parents also says thanks to them as they take Naira to the hospital. Karthik is also stunned to see the Singhania family there looks worried and tensed for Naira.
Karthi tried to seek an apology from Naitik but Naitik scolded him and said that it was Karthik’s responsibility to take care of Naira. Now after Naira’s treatment done, the doctor asked Karthik and the family that Naira is okay.
